Creality has officially pushed a major firmware update for the K2 and K2 Plus printers, introducing a new feature called CoreSync — a centralized control layer that enables users to manage multiple printers simultaneously from a single interface.
The update also brings expanded Klipper functionality, a new CoreXY tuning wizard, and enhanced networking tools designed for print farms and workshops.
CoreSync allows users to:
- Control up to 8 printers at once via local network
- Start, pause, and monitor jobs in parallel
- Auto-synchronize firmware and config files
- View live temperature and progress per printer
- Queue multiple jobs across multiple machines
The interface is accessible via the Creality Sonic Pad 2 or a standalone web dashboard, and includes print analytics, historical logging, and error reporting.
Additional updates in the release:
- Refined UI with touchscreen performance boost
- Support for new filament profiles (ABS-GF, PA-CF)
- Custom fan curve editor and updated macros
- Stability improvements to input shaping and motion planner
This marks Creality’s most aggressive move yet into prosumer and light commercial print farm territory, positioning the K2 series as a budget alternative to Bambu Lab’s X1E fleet tools or Prusa’s farm-level dashboard.
