In a subtle update to its online product pages and distributor channels, Bambu Lab has started referencing an “A1 Mini Combo V2”, suggesting a refreshed version of its popular beginner-friendly AMS printer is on the way.
While there’s no formal announcement yet, documentation leaks and supplier details suggest the following V2 upgrades:
• 🔧 Improved cooling duct design
• 🔌 More durable ribbon cable routing
• 🧲 Stronger magnet retention for build plate
• ⚙️ AMS module tray rework for easier alignment
• 🟢 Quieter fan curve profile
No major mechanical changes to the frame or motion system are expected — meaning this is not a new generation, but rather a refined version of the original A1 Mini Combo, with feedback-driven tweaks for better reliability and ease of use.
Interestingly, early listings in some EU and Asia-Pacific regions show a slightly lower MSRP, hinting that Bambu may be adjusting for global price pressure or aiming to position the A1 Mini as a more competitive option against Creality’s Ender-3 V3 KE and Anycubic’s Kobra 2 Neo.
Several resellers are already labeling their inventory “A1 Mini Combo V2” with delivery windows as early as next month.
