Formlabs has officially introduced the Form 4, a next-generation resin 3D printer designed to redefine speed and precision in professional additive manufacturing.
Featuring a brand-new Low Force Display (LFD) engine, the Form 4 prints up to four times faster than the Form 3+ while maintaining sub-50-micron accuracy. Its new Adaptive Layering algorithm intelligently adjusts layer thickness based on geometry, producing ultra-smooth surfaces even at high speeds.
The printer supports over 20 specialized resins, including flexible, rigid, and biocompatible materials—ideal for medical, dental, and prototyping applications.
It also integrates advanced auto-calibration, AI-based print failure prediction, and cloud monitoring via Formlabs Dashboard.
“Form 4 marks a milestone in professional resin printing—unmatched in speed, precision, and reliability,” said Max Lobovsky, CEO of Formlabs.
With its modern interface, tool-free maintenance, and modular resin cartridge system, the Form 4 positions Formlabs once again as a leader in the prosumer and professional resin printing market.
